Challengers
welcome
-
Challengers welcome positions Microsoft as a partner for leaders navigating complexity with confidence. Designed for visionaries shaping what’s next, the campaign speaks to those willing to challenge the status quo, embrace new ideas, and move their business forward with bold ambition.
Built around two distinct audience mindsets, we created a flexible creative system with dual visual languages and tailored messaging that scaled across social-first video, carousels, banner and search ads, DOOH, and an interactive quiz featured on The New York Times. Supported by a comprehensive playbook, the work meets business decision-makers at every stage of their journey, helping them create meaningful impact with Microsoft by their side.
We believe in the challengers.
The trailblazers.
The ones with vision and ambition.
The leaders who defy their own conventions and bravely embrace new ideas.
At Microsoft, we’re here with the tools and knowledge to help you face any business challenge and say—bring it on.
It’s a shared passion to solve problems that
are anything but average.
Our depth of experience allows us to meet you
on your journey, guide you forward, and help you find the magic in the details so you can create magic everywhere.
Ready to get started?
Challengers welcome.

New York Times quiz
We developed an interactive quiz featured on The New York Times website, designed to help business leaders explore what it means to be a challenger in their industry. Users answer a few short questions about their business, and the quiz highlights a case study tailored to their specific challenges and goals.
Social first videos
We created social-first videos for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and TikTok by repurposing case study footage into short, engaging stories for social media platforms.
Built around the “Two Truths + AI” idea, the videos feature diverse leaders and innovators who take risks, break norms, and tackle business challenges with bold ambition.
